Feel like feeling better?
So my friend, Josh Axe, taught me this little trick last year when I was starting to feel a little under the weather, and I’ve lived by since. Granted…it didn’t save me from whooping cough….but it has helped every little ache and sniffle and sneeze pass by in a third of the time it normally would.
And that is why I’m passing it on to you. So you can remember this for you and your loved ones when they start to get sick.
- > Buy about two inches of ginger root (you can break off a piece), peppermint tea and honey (optional).
- > Skin the ginger root and cut it up into chunks. Boil the chunks in enough water for 2 – 3 mugs of tea for 15 minutes.
- > Pour the hot water over the peppermint tea bag. Don’t eat the chunks. Throw ‘em out.
- > I put honey in mine to help with the taste, but I don’t know that that is Axe approved.
That’s it! And let me know if it works.

i hear if you have allergies you should eat local honey – something having to do with the bees, pollen in the air – should help you out.
you can actually shorten the symptoms of common cold by taking lots of vitamin-c-,~
